About Kookyi

Kookyi is an independent entertainment studio and future streaming platform built around original stories, ambitious worlds, and the creators behind them.
We believe great film and television should not be limited by the size of a production company, the tools available to a filmmaker, or the traditional barriers between an idea and the screen.
Why Kookyi exists
Great stories shouldn't need permission to exist.
Film and television have traditionally required enormous amounts of capital, infrastructure and access before a story can reach an audience. Technology is changing that.
Kookyi exists to bring strong creative direction, modern production tools and direct distribution together in one place. The goal is not to remove people from the creative process. It is to give smaller teams the ability to build stories with a level of scale and ambition that once required much larger organisations.

New tools can accelerate production, expand what small teams can achieve and make ambitious ideas more practical to produce. But technology only matters when it serves the story.

The first Kookyi Original
Blood & Veil
Blood & Veil is the first original series being developed under Kookyi. Set in a dark fantasy world shaped by ancient bloodlines, kingdoms, monsters and generations of fear, the series explores power, prejudice, identity and the fragile balance between peoples who have learned to see difference as danger.
It is also the first demonstration of how Kookyi intends to produce original television: with a focused creative team, modern production technology and a direct connection with the audience.
What comes next
Kookyi is being built for what comes next.
Blood & Veil is the beginning, not the entire catalogue. Kookyi is being developed as a home for original independent film and television from both internal productions and outside creators.
Over time the platform grows through original Kookyi productions, curated creator submissions, strategic distribution partnerships, and new intellectual property developed across film, television and other forms of entertainment.
