Invest in Kookyi

Building original IP for a new production era.

Kookyi is an independent entertainment studio and future streaming platform focused on original film and television, creator-driven distribution, and the long-term development of story worlds.

The model combines lean production, modern creative technology, owned intellectual property, direct audience relationships and recurring platform revenue.

The opportunity

The cost of making stories is changing.

High-quality film and television have traditionally required large crews, expensive infrastructure and significant upfront capital. Modern production tools are beginning to reduce that barrier.

Kookyi is being designed around smaller multidisciplinary teams, AI-assisted workflows, direct digital distribution and reusable production systems. The point is not that production becomes cheap. It is that a small team can now attempt more ambitious work than it could before.

Lean production A small core team, extended by specialists for the work that needs them.
Direct distribution A route from the finished cut to an audience without a gatekeeper in between.
Recurring revenue A subscription relationship rather than a sale that happens once.
Original IP Worlds the company owns or controls, and can build on for years.

The model

Studio + platform + IP.

Three parts of one company. Each is worth something on its own; together they are meant to make the next production easier than the last.

01

Original productions

Kookyi develops and produces original film and television. Blood & Veil is the first Kookyi Original.

  • Owned or controlled IP
  • Audience development
  • Licensing opportunities
  • Franchise potential
  • Long-term catalogue value

02

Streaming platform

A paid destination being developed for Kookyi Originals, curated independent film and television, licensed content and future creator-distributed projects.

  • Subscription revenue
  • Advertising-supported subscriptions
  • Licensing
  • Sponsorships
  • Strategic partnerships

03

Creator distribution

A curated catalogue from outside creators, so the platform can grow without Kookyi financing every production internally.

  • Non-exclusive licensing
  • Revenue sharing
  • Limited exclusivity
  • Co-financing
  • Original commissions

These are the revenue streams and deal structures the model is being designed around. None of them is operating or generating revenue today, and the deal structures above are possibilities rather than terms on offer.

How the parts feed each other

One world can create more than one revenue stream.

A series earns an audience. The audience is a reason to subscribe. Subscriptions pay for a catalogue that gives people a reason to stay, and what is learned making one production is what makes the next one possible.

Original IP Film & television Audience Subscriptions Creator catalogue More audience New productions Original IP

A world that works can also branch: licensing, partnerships and, much further out, other entertainment formats. That is a possible expansion of IP that has already proven itself, not a product Kookyi is building now.

First Kookyi Original

Blood & Veil

Blood & Veil is the first original television project being developed under the Kookyi production model. It is being used to prove the creative workflow, establish the brand, build the first audience, and test whether a lean team can make premium long-form entertainment with modern production technology.

Why this one first

The first series has two jobs.

Blood & Veil is not only the first thing Kookyi is making. It is the first thing Kookyi is testing itself against.

Build an audience

Blood & Veil introduces viewers to Kookyi and gives them the first reason to subscribe, follow, support or come back.

Prove the production model

The first season is where the model either holds up or does not:

  • Production speed
  • Visual consistency
  • Audience response
  • Subscriber conversion
  • Retention
  • Production cost
  • Workflow efficiency

Growth model

Build the audience before building the overhead.

Each phase is meant to be earned by the one before it. No phase begins because a calendar says so.

Phase 01

Prove

  • Blood & Veil
  • Teaser
  • Kickstarter
  • Initial audience
  • Production model validation

Phase 02

Launch

  • First Kookyi viewing experience
  • Subscriptions
  • Initial creator catalogue
  • First external titles

Phase 03

Scale

  • Additional Kookyi Originals
  • Creator acquisition
  • Partnerships
  • Larger catalogue
  • Broader distribution

Phase 04

Expand IP

  • New original worlds
  • Licensing opportunities
  • Co-productions
  • New entertainment formats

Capital discipline

Designed to stay lean.

Kookyi is being built around a small permanent core team supported by specialist contractors, external partners and technology where it genuinely helps. The goal is to keep fixed overhead aligned with recurring revenue rather than scaling headcount ahead of demand.

Small core teamThe people who need to be there every day, and no more.
Flexible production capacityCapacity that expands for a production and contracts after it.
Contract specialistsBrought in for the craft a project actually calls for.
Payroll follows revenueHeadcount grows behind recurring revenue, not ahead of it.
Reinvest into new IPWhat the catalogue earns goes back into the next world.

Recurring revenue

Recurring revenue supports recurring production.

The long-term objective is to use recurring platform revenue to support a permanent creative team and finance a growing pipeline of original and licensed content.

As recurring revenue grows, production capacity can grow with it, rather than depending entirely on financing each project from scratch. That is the objective the company is being built towards, not a result it has reached.

Capital

Not dependent on a single source of capital.

Kookyi is being structured so that no one channel has to carry the company. The channels below are ones Kookyi may use — none of them is confirmed financing, and listing one here is not a statement that it has been secured.

Crowdfunding Private investment Strategic investment Public funding & grants Technology partnerships Sponsorship Platform revenue Licensing revenue

Use of capital

Capital goes into the machine.

Five places, in the order they tend to matter. Allocations are not published here; they are part of a direct conversation.

ProductionWriting, directing, cinematography, editing, art, AI production systems, voice, sound and delivery.
PlatformStreaming infrastructure, product development, analytics, creator tools, subscriptions and account systems.
AudienceMarketing, launch campaigns, partnerships, community and distribution.
Original IPBlood & Veil, and the Kookyi Originals that follow it.
TeamBuilding and keeping the multidisciplinary core team the studio runs on.

Why it can scale

Scale the system, not just the headcount.

The production strategy is built on reusable workflows, production systems, creative templates, automation and shared expertise across projects. Each production is meant to inherit the infrastructure and knowledge of the one before it.

Project 01 creates

  • Workflows
  • Production systems
  • Audience
  • Tools
  • Team knowledge
  • Reusable assets

Project 02 inherits

  • Less setup before the first frame
  • A visual language already established
  • An audience that is already there
  • A team that has done it once
